Dear Bill:
This is with reference to your letter of July 6 regard-
ing the proposed Dr. Richard J. Hickey special project
with the suggested budget of $39,791 for the first year
and $40,250 for the secon~ year.
This will confirm our agreement to participate in the
Hickey spQci~l pro~ec% for the first year commencing
August I, 1971 in the amount of approximately $40,000
and the continuation for the second year in the same
amount provided the work done in the first period
progresses as anticipated.
