I was surprised at the size and nature of the amounts and would appreciate additional information on which to base a recommendation to the sponsors. It is my understanding that Dr. Huber has not reviewed the items included in the amount submitted for the period January 1, 1978, through March 31, 1979. So that I.can discuss the subject with Dr. Huber, I would appreciate your providing me with informa- tion to establish~that these items: (1) are proper charges to the industry project,-(2) were approved by Dr. Huber, and (3) are not included''in amounts already reimbursed. In this regard, I would like to see invoices or other appropriate documents which initi- ated'these charges and which indicate Dr. Huber's.approval as required by our agreement. This information can then be compared with the appropriate computer run~sheets. I appreciate the cooperation and assistance of..you and your staff in bringing this matter to a conclusion.
