RESOLVED: That all checks drawn against any, of the funds of the
Company on deposit with the Ci'tizens Union National Bank, Louisville, Kentucky,
to the credit of the Regular Account of the Kentucky Leaf Department ofthe
Company, shall bear the signatures of any two ofthe following:
