On motion duly made and seconded, the reading of the minutes of' the previous meeting was dispensed' .rith.. On motion of Mr. Ho;aewell, seconded by Mr. Bowling, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the reemployment of John Joseph 0''Neil1 Jr., as Sales- many at a salary at the rate of' ~30 per week, effective July 31, 19~~ with the authorization of the Sales Dept.., and the approval of H.A. K-unt, President,, arad G.D. Whitefield, Executive Vice-President, be and the:same hereby is inn all; respects approaedy, ratified, and confirmed. On motion of' PJ[r. Ha]Lley, seconded~by TUIr. Hopewell, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the increase in salary of H3illiiard Richardson Terry,.
