Morris Incorporated in response to your letter of
June 11, 1981, addressed to G. Carlton Adkins,
concerning the proposal of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco
Company to modify the Commission's cigarette testing
methodology.
These comments are based on extensive scien-
tific measurements and analyses conducted at the
Philip Morris Research Center in Richmond, Virginia.
