Americans for Nonsmokers' Rights (ANR) is a California not-for-profit corporation founded in 1976 as the California Group Against Smoking Pollution (GASP). ANR is a national advocacy organization whose mission is to protect nonsmokers from passive smoking and children from addiction to tobacco (ANR v. State of CA, Complaint 3/23/94).
