(PM/LOR Attorney, Shook, Hardy & Bacon; son of David R. Hardy) Lead counsel for Philip Morris in the Haines lawsuit. Longtime attorney for industry.David K. Hardy worked for Shook, Hardy & Bacon. (PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v. PMI, et al, April 19, 1996). He was lead counsel for Philip Morris in the Haines lawsuit brought by Marc Edell and Alan Darnell (Jenkins, p. 144). Hardy died in 1976 (LAT 8/2/94).
